Interested in sponsoring the Kids' Health Creative Challenge?
Who is eligible to participate in the challenge?
The challenge is open to creative kids in East Texas! We have three divisions: Cells (Pre-K - 1st grade), Pulses (2nd - 5th grade), and Vitals (6th - 8th grade). Kids from these age groups are welcome to show off their health-focused creativity!
We love all forms of art! You can submit a book, short story, poem, poster, original artwork, or a video up to 5 minutes long. Pick the medium that best tells your story of 'Strong Bodies, Strong Minds'.
Mark your calendars! All entries must be submitted through our online submission form by October 1st, 2026. Make sure to have your parent or guardian help with the final submission steps and permissions!
Our panel of friendly judges looks for creativity, originality, and how effectively you connect your work to the theme. We celebrate every entry for its unique spark and healthy message!
Yes! With parent/guardian permission, we showcase select entries in our digital gallery and on our social media platforms to inspire other kids. We want the world to see how strong your bodies and minds are!
Absolutely! Your child's privacy is important to us, so we only collect their first name and last initials. Please make sure that any entries submitted do not show your child's face: any that do will be kindly discarded. We're committed to following strict safety measures to make sure every young creator has a fun, positive, and safe experience.
